Can I control when Voiceie handles calls?

Yes. You decide when Voiceie picks up — calls, texts, or both. Run it after hours, during peak season, when the office is buried, or just on weekends. Flip it off when you're sitting at the desk yourself.

Can I change what Voiceie says?

Yes. The greeting, the tone, the questions it asks, the boundaries on quoting, the after-hours script — all yours to tune. Most shops dial it in the first week and barely touch it again.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. Your number stays your number. We set up call forwarding with your provider — Voiceie only picks up after hours, after a set number of rings, or whenever your office can't grab it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel before your next renewal through account billing settings, the Stripe customer portal when available, or by emailing contact@voiceie.com from your account email. Your access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for. Subscription fees for the current period, annual prepayments, and incurred overages are non-refundable, except for verified billing errors reported within 14 days.
